Founded in 1999 by Robert L. Chapman, III, a pioneer in the movement, TND Partners has a rich history of collaborating with leading architects and planners, including Lew Oliver, Inc., Duany, Plater-Zyberk and Co., and Dover, Kohl & Partners. Our projects, such as Winmore Mixed-Use Development and Trinity Heights at Duke University, demonstrate our commitment to creating places where people thrive.
