TreeUtah

TreeUtah is a Salt Lake City-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to environmental stewardship. We work to improve the quality of life for present and future generations in Utah by planting trees, providing education, and fostering community engagement. Our efforts focus on ecological restoration, school tree planting programs, and memorial trees, contributing to a greener and healthier state. We’ve planted over 430,000 trees with the help of 200,000 volunteers, demonstrating our commitment to lasting environmental impact.

TreeUtah’s core mission centers on educating the community about the vital benefits of trees – from absorbing carbon dioxide and improving air quality to lowering temperatures and protecting water resources. We partner with municipalities, local businesses, schools, and volunteers to implement impactful tree planting initiatives across Utah. Our programs include community tree planting events, EcoGarden projects, and support for Memorial Trees.
