TRIADON Holding

TRIADON based in Düsseldorf (Germany) is a strategic investment holding owned by CEO Franz Hajek who founded it in 2007. The main goal of TRIADON is to acquire and manage diverse industrial businesses, small and medium sized, in Germany. The companies are independent and get central support by TRIADON in Finance, Marketing and IT. In addition, the holding focuses on hiring key Management positions, career development for young professionals, synergies at customer level and the new digital strategy. There are currently three companies (PTS Automation, PTS Fluid Control, PTS Hydraulik) that are fully owned by TRIADON. The industrial businesses offer products and services in Automation, Drives, Assembly-Technologies, Linear-/ Radial-Motion, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Process Control and many other industrial technologies. TRIADON's claim: "Automation and Fluid Power Group" underlines this pursuit with the goal to unite the companies into the PTS Group achieving at least 100 Mio. Euro consolidated sales by 2030 through internal and external growth.
