True Health is a non-profit community health center serving low-income, uninsured, and underserved populations in Central Florida since 1977.

We provide comprehensive primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care at ten neighborhood health centers and two mobile units, offering a vital lifeline to our community.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, True Health is committed to providing accessible and affordable care, accepting Medicare, Medicaid, and over 25 major health insurance plans. We also offer a sliding fee scale for those who are uninsured, ensuring that everyone has access to the care they need.

True Health was awarded Medical Home accreditation in 2012, demonstrating our dedication to quality and patient-centered care.

Annually, we serve over 40,000 patients with more than 101,000 encounters, making a significant impact on the health and well-being of Central Florida residents.
