UBF.B is a consulting company with a focus on German-Indian business sectors in the automotive, mechanical engineering, agricultural machines and construction industries. We cover all managerial tasks as per our client requirements. The partners and consultants were previously employed as directors, officers or line-managers in industrial enterprises or service providers. Our professional claim is the practical implementation and improvement of client requirements. From inception, we have worked in Germany and in India. We believe that entrepreneurship and business views of the two cultures complement each other in a fruitful way. We work in both markets and in both directions, i.e. for German as well as for Indian clients. On a case by case basis, we also work in other market economies by request.
