UF Alpha Kappa Psi | Alpha Phi Chapter is a Gainesville, Florida-based nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering leadership and professional development within the University of Florida community and beyond. We provide a supportive brotherhood for over 200 members, encompassing all 16 colleges, who are committed to ethical leadership and service.

Our core mission is to cultivate responsible, resilient, and self-aware leaders through educational programs, community engagement, and a strong emphasis on networking. We offer a diverse range of opportunities, including the Principled Business Leadership Institute, Academy, and Case Competition, designed to equip our members with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their careers.
