Serving the communities of Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Ventura, Santa Paula, Naval Base Ventura County, and numerous mutual water districts, farms, and pumpers, we ensure a reliable and sustainable supply of groundwater. Our operations encompass critical infrastructure like the Santa Felicia Dam, Lake Piru Reservoir, and the Freeman Diversion, alongside innovative projects such as the Pumping Trough Pipeline conversion and groundwater recharge basins. We are committed to providing surface water for agricultural irrigation and treated drinking water, while also actively addressing challenges like bromide contamination and invasive species.
