UNL Aerospace Club

UNL Aerospace Club is a Lincoln, Nebraska-based student-led organization dedicated to aerospace research and design.

We support a diverse group of students, from all disciplines at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, fostering a collaborative environment where engineering principles, CAD software, and hands-on experience are integrated into exciting design projects.

The UNL Aerospace Club distinguishes itself through its commitment to developing well-rounded engineers, emphasizing inclusive excellence, communication, teamwork, and leadership alongside technical skills. We also actively engage with K-12 students across Nebraska, promoting STEM education and inspiring the next generation of aerospace professionals.

Founded in 2008, the club has grown to encompass six design teams – DBF, Lunabotics, Rocketry, RPG, AXP, and UAV – and a Women in Aerospace group, solidifying its position as a vital hub for aerospace innovation and community outreach.
