In 2018, we advised an American candy factory setting up in Cambodia on a road towards SA8000 certification. We provided training and coaching to different teams to support the “getting ready” for the official; audits. In 2018, we advised a large and reputable NGO in Cambodia on their Social Business portfolio and specifically their garment workshop. Advice focused on Health & Safety in the workplace and scaling up the workshop to create more revenue for the NGO. Also in 2018, we created a financial business plan for an International NGO to start a garment workshop in Battambang, Cambodia. Based on the financial models, and the position taken by the NGO, we advised against opening the workshop. In 2018-2019 we advised a garment factory in Cambodia to get ISO9001 certified. During 2020 – 2022 we worked with a British company to set up a factory in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, according to the highest levels of Health & Safety and Sustainability. Safe construction, safe hand-over and Systems for Safe Work were the key deliverables, next to Sustainability policies. In 2022 We started working with a small company in Cambodia to advice on their B-Corp certification. Also in 2022 we advised a small business on their business plan to attract investors for scaling up and to intensify their Environmetnal Impact through their business.
