School-Based Therapy brings mental health support directly to students within their school environment, making it easier for children and teens to access the care they need. Licensed therapists work closely with students, parents, teachers, and school staff to help address emotional, behavioral, and social challenges that may impact learning and well-being. By providing therapy on-site during the school day, students can receive consistent support without missing significant class time or requiring transportation. Services may include individual therapy, crisis intervention, and coordination with academic staff to promote overall success both in and out of the classroom.

Provides individuals with flexible, personalized mental health support without the need for overnight stays. Through regularly scheduled sessions—typically once a week—clients work with licensed therapists to address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our outpatient services are designed to fit into your daily routine, allowing you to receive care while continuing with work, school, or family life. Therapy sessions may be conducted individually, with family members, or in group settings, either in-person or via secure telehealth platforms.
