We are a consultancy dedicated to improving the customer experience of our clients’ products and services, ensuring that they meet the needs of the target audiences in a way that is both usable and compelling. We create bespoke solutions based on our clients’ needs by applying services including consultancy, usability testing, user needs research, experience design, information architecture development, evaluation and training.  A great user experience should be delivered through robust research into the users, how they behave and what they need. We also offer in-house and public training courses, including the Usability and User Experience courses for E-Consultancy, and we also provide the newly accredited international qualification for UX professionals - the CPUX.
