Established in Santos in 2003, VCA International Loss Adjusters & Surveyors is a company which specializes in marine and non-marine loss adjusting and surveys; providing also loss prevention surveys, besides the claims handling and consultation. Among our clients are exporters, importers, trading companies, shipping agents and carriers at large, in addition to insurers, brokers and law offices. Our commitment is to provide outstanding service and act as loyal partners. Enhancing our ability as loss adjusters, duly registered at the National Federation of Insurance, our target is to promote effective risk management and handling of losses to mitigate the outcome and to establish eventual motions of reimbursement. We are Members of the IILA – International Institute of Loss Adjusters (www.iila.com) and fellow Members of the International Association of Marine Consultants and Surveyors (www.interams.org).
