They do not contain lactose and casein, making them safe for consumption by people with lactose intolerance. All are bio-certified and are suitable for vegans. No preservatives, flavorings, colorants and stabilizers are added. The nuts are soaked, which puts them in a germination process and so naturally we release the enzyme inhibitors that prevent their degradation and absorption from the body. The easy metabolism is also aided by the live lactobacillus Bulgariccus, Streptococcus thermophilus. Their taste may vary depending on the kernels themselves, which we select carefully and / or the activity of the starter culture. They are a living product. For flavoring you can add syrup of elder, aronia, different fruits, sweet, etc.
