The Cantonese secret cooking technique with the extra crispy dough, as well as the fresh and delicious filling made Spring Rolls synonymous to Eleni Nikolopoulou ltd and became the stepping stone to the frozen foods market. With a history of more than 28 years and considering quality control the cornerstone for its success, Eleni Nikolopoulou ltd continues to enrich its range of products with international and traditional Mediterranean flavors.
