Very Good Counseling currently works with clients who experience difficulties with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and significant life changes. Elena and Robert Engle, owners of VGC, are both trained in many techniques and methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Not to brag, but we are Very Good.
