Viriato Capital is an investment vehicle founded by two experienced businessmen and backed by a diversified group of investors with a strong track record in management and investments in small and mid-sized businesses​. Our objective is to acquire, manage and grow a private business based in Portugal or Spain to lead its next wave of growth. We are looking for a profitable and growing business with revenues ranging between €5-40M and EBITDA of €2-5M.​ For business owners, we offer a path to reducing their exposure to the day-to-day operation while ensuring a smooth transition of their company to a next generation of leaders who will devote all their efforts to the success of the project.
