Voices of Hope for Aphasia

Voices of Hope for Aphasia is a Tampa Bay-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support and community for individuals and families affected by aphasia.

We offer a range of programs designed to improve the quality of life for those living with aphasia, including WORD PLAY, a competitive trivia night, and support groups. Our goal is to reconnect people with their lives and foster a sense of belonging.

Founded in 2011, Voices of Hope for Aphasia has grown to serve over 2,000 individuals in the Tampa Bay area, offering education, resources, and a welcoming environment. We are supported by a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, and guided by a passionate Board of Directors, including Jim Porter and Monta Bolles.

We are committed to dispelling myths about aphasia and raising awareness of this often-overlooked condition. Join us in our mission to provide hope and support to those affected by aphasia and their families.
