Vorvel comes from the idea of the Shareholding Founders to develop a new way of “making” and “being market”, through a constant path of innovation and expansion of trading solutions. Vorvel will run Hi-Mtf business and continue the path of innovation already started with the launch of Hi-Cert, the Hi-Mtf segment dedicated to the negotiation of the Certificates and Covered Warrants, bringing it to maturity. The Vorvel founders are Fineco Bank, Banca Akros, Banca Sella Holding, Iccrea Banca and 19 cooperative banks through the consortium company Luigi Luzzatti ScpA.
