The business idea of VRHQ is to establish a competence center for virtual and augmented reality in Hamburg. The business idea consists of three areas. Subletting of the space in the m28 storage building to the shareholders-companies from the virtual reality industry (4th floor). Establishment of a tourist attraction in the sense of a VR cultural site in the heart of Hamburg's Speicherstadt (ground floor). Build an innovation and creative lab where companies can work closely with VR veterans. Event area and tourist attraction: The approx. 600m2 exhibition space on the ground floor is to become a unique attraction in Hamburg. In addition to event space, which will be used for topic-relevant workshops and meetups, there will be a dedicated area where customers can experience VR attractions. The experiences are intended to combine the latest VR and AR computer technologies with the fields of art, tourism, gaming, science, education and more. With a new tech cultural site in the heart of the Speicherstadt, the founders want to join the already existing attractions such as Miniatur Wunderland or Elbphilharmonie. Innovation Lab : The rooms themselves meet the requirements of a creative work through their location, their close proximity to the shareholder companies, their structural measures and their real and/ or virtual equipment. In addition to spatial but also new personnel constellations are created by a lab, thereby stimulating the creative thought processes alone. The target group consists of companies that are interested in a knowledge transfer with the four shareholders and thus work on their own projects or concepts in dynamic teams over a limited period of time. Thanks to the many years of experience of the founders in the areas of VR software development, music, 360-degree video recording and drone construction, the companies offer the opportunity to train in these areas and achieve results quickly and unbureaucratically in small dynamic teams.
