VSL Club S.p.A.

VSL Club is a holding company based in Milan, whose goal is to manage an Investment Club by carrying out direct lending and private equity operations in the maritime industry, leveraging its knowledge of the industry as well as its skills and reputation. VSL Club introduces to Club’s members investment operations in the target industry and participates within these transactions in order to create value for the shareholders and members of the Club. The VSL Club team founded Venice Shipping and Logistics S.p.A. (a holding and advisory company) in 2009, of which VSL Club represents the logical evolution. In fact, it is also able to provide strategic and financial advisory services to companies operating in maritime logistics and directly related industries (shipping, port terminals, certification services to the maritime industry, etc.). VSL Club has 16 shareholders and 21 Club members.
