WaterWays is an international non-profit dedicated to empowering communities worldwide to protect and restore vital water resources, from coastal reefs to freshwater sources. Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and with a Caribbean office in St. Lucia, we focus on delivering impactful environmental solutions through education and hands-on projects. Our work centers on watershed protection and restoration, utilizing technologies like constructed wetlands and decentralized sewage treatment to improve water quality and ecological health. We partner with local communities and youth to implement sustainable practices, including stormwater management, coral reef protection, and riparian buffer zone restoration. WaterWays’ approach combines citizen science initiatives with targeted interventions, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for the interconnectedness of water and community well-being. We are committed to building resilient communities and safeguarding our planet’s most precious resource.
