Waymaker Property Group is a Florida-based partnership specializing in lease-to-own options, rent-to-own programs, and short-term rentals. We empower deserving home buyers and investors, providing a hand up in achieving the dream of homeownership or resolving real estate challenges through creative financing. Our team, led by CEO Samantha Lorenzo-Horsley and President Dale Horsley, combines expertise in real estate investment, social services, and mentorship, drawing on decades of experience in nonprofit, public sector, and private sectors. We are advised by Pip Stehlik, Steve Hipple, Vicky Greene and Sam Moussa.
