Web of Talents (WOT) is an online database of curricula of researchers, scientists and engineers looking for a job. The platform allows filtering the curricula by key performance indicators like the number of research articles published and their citations, the name and impact factor of the journals in which the candidate has published, and the name and ranking of the past and current institutions where the candidate graduated or worked. Other important filtering options are: level of studies, nationality, language skills, gender, and research keywords.
