Overview
WEFIT : The two principles at the heart of our name:
WE : We is not only a simple pronoun. It means being together, exchanging ideas, and sharing – ‘We’ is a form of equality. Hierarchy itself is defined by ideas, reflection and the actions of each individual. For us, our clients are not simply ‘consumers’, they are the cofounders of our training solutions.
FIT : Fitting or adapting requires questioning concepts, being inquisitive and learning. Indeed, learning is a lifelong process. Moreover, the personalisation of services in today’s society is an international leitmotiv, which stipulates a strong ability to listen, understand, empathise and think outside the box.
