Wellness for Marketers

Wellness for Marketers aims to educate and talk about topics relating to both mental health and marketing whilst also promoting mental wellness. As Marketers, it can sometimes be difficult for us to take the time to focus on our mental health. With our screen time often running high, a healthy work/life balance can often be neglected. Our founder, Trina Persyn, had the idea of creating a safe space to talk about mental health relating to both marketers and other creatives. Joining forces with the amazing Hannah Dooley, we have worked together to bring this idea to life 💫 And this is where Wellness for Marketers was born 🌱 We aim to educate people whilst also sharing advice, wellness tips and general positivity in the hopes of challenging the stigma surrounding mental health 🌻 If our content can help anyone, that would be a huge win for us.
