Wesleyan Assurance Society has been helping people secure their financial futures for over 180 years. Over the years we’ve stood strong in an ever changing and often challenging world. We have survived two world wars, global depressions and more recently the financial crisis of 2008 that saw the collapse or bailout of some of the biggest names in financial services. Our mutual status is as important to us today as it has ever been. As a mutual, we don’t have shareholders so we can work to benefit those who invest in our business – our customers and members. We have remained financially strong over the years and this has allowed us to take a long-term view. We don’t react to short-term events but stay focused on supporting the financial futures of some of society's most trusted professions - specifically doctors, dentists and teachers. We're extremely proud of our 180-year history and believe that our continued success is driven by our vibrant, inclusive and diverse workforce.
