Wild Hearts Idaho

Wild Hearts Idaho is a Boise, Idaho-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating leadership in young women through immersive outdoor adventures. Since 2016, we’ve been fostering confidence, connection, and a deep appreciation for Idaho’s wild spaces. We provide free outdoor adventures for girls aged 12-18, combining technical outdoor skills with leadership training and community building. Our programs, developed and led by girls for girls, aim to empower the next generation of confident and engaged leaders. We’re committed to breaking down socioeconomic barriers to outdoor access and creating a supportive environment where young women can discover their inherent leadership potential and build lasting connections. With over 600 girls impacted and 180 adventurers participating in 2025, Wild Hearts Idaho is a trusted resource for youth development and environmental stewardship.
