WE ARE HIRING! Willow Processing isn’t like other companies. We took a collaborative and technology-enabled approach to a tired service - mortgage processing. We did this so our team can enjoy the benefits of working remote while participating in the social, collaborative, and purpose driven teamwork that takes place in an office. We also reduced the tedious tasks that other processors have to deal with day in and day out. Our team approach also means we can shift workload around so that no one ends up with more than they can handle or capacity they can’t maintain. Our team members come first. That’s why we require our brokers to meet certain criteria, like closing ratios and loans per month, so you don’t need to worry about working on loans that don’t close or with part time loan officers who require a lot of hand holding. We are looking for team members who will grow with us for the long term, with the potential to take on more responsibility and earn greater income.
