Wisdom of Nature - Σοφία της Φύσης

Our company “Wisdom of Nature” was established in 2005 in order to make the best out of our 8 hectares of organic farming vineyards in the region Nemea on the Peloponnese in Greece. From the beginning, we decided to use only Greek grape varieties like the famous Agiorgitiko as well as the Roditis and to not use any preservatives and additives in our products. In 2006, with the community initiative "LEADER+"​ funding, our production and bottling unit was completed and our first products entered the market. Soon we had orders from Greece and abroad and today we export to more than 15 countries all over the world. In 2014 three of our products won a Great Taste Award by the Guild of Fine Food in London. Our Petimezi – Pure Grape Syrup, the Sweet Vinegar and the White Balsamic Vinegar with honey “Sofia” were awarded. All our efforts have the goal to make high quality organic and healthy products and to give our clients a unique and tasteful experience. All our products are organic, without preservatives or additives and our production unit runs according to the quality assurance systems ISO 9001:2008 and ΙSO 22000:2005.
