Women in Financial Markets (WIFM) is a 501c3 non-profit organization whose mission is to connect, elevate, and advance professionals in the financial services industry through education, mentorship, and access to a global network of influential leaders. We deliver expert-led programming and curated events that provide opportunities to broaden industry knowledge, enhance leadership skills, and further careers. Why support WIFM? Women and other underrepresented groups in financial services have made significant progress, yet barriers such as bias, limited access to influential networks, and gaps in senior leadership representation persist.
