Women in the Housing & Real Estate Ecosystem (NAWRB) is a leading voice for women in the housing and real estate sector, based in Irvine, California. Our mission is to advance gender equality and economic security for women through advocacy, education, and resource provision. We provide a unique platform for uniting women in housing and government, offering training on contracting opportunities and expanding our members’ business growth.

NAWRB empowers women by fostering relationships with key organizations like the Office(s) of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI), Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSE), the Small Business Administration (SBA), and the National Women’s Business Council (NWBC). Since 2009, we’ve championed diversity and inclusion initiatives, increasing women’s homeownership and raising awareness of women’s poverty.

As an SBA National Resource Partner and Women-Owned Small Business, NAWRB leverages the NDILC Ten Women Leadership Principles to provide strategic resources and connections. We are dedicated to fostering a more equitable and prosperous future for women in the housing ecosystem.
