Women Leading Broward

Women Leading Broward is a Broward County-based organization dedicated to empowering women leaders across diverse industries – including law, healthcare, and nonprofits – to achieve professional growth and community impact. Founded in 2013 by Leadership Broward Foundation, our 5-month leadership program provides a supportive network, expert-led workshops (covering AI, branding, and public speaking), and access to the Gallup Strengths Inventory.

We focus on fostering authentic leadership, strategic risk-taking, and personal branding, helping women clarify their missions and expand their influence. With a strong alumni network and ongoing community engagement initiatives, Women Leading Broward inspires women to lead with confidence and give back to their community.
