Wonderful Homes Limited is an award-winning West Midlands based property developer / house builder, building new homes in Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton, the West Midlands and surrounding counties. We operate as principal contractor building homes speculatively under our own brand for sale on the open market, we also build homes under JCT design & build contracts for Housing Associations. Developments that we undertake typically have a build contract value of between £4m and £15m. Whilst we are a relatively new company, launched in March 2012, our management team are experienced house builders and property developers with a passion for designing and building wonderful homes and creating wonderful places to live – hence our name! Since launching we've enjoyed fantastic profitable growth, starting with a relatively small £880k development to now just 4 years later having £11m of projects under construction and ambitions to double this over the next 2 years.
