The Worcester Regional Food Hub is at the forefront of this movement by connecting farmers to markets, allowing them to focus more time on farming while keeping more of the food dollar. The Food Hub also helps develop and grow food businesses by assisting start-ups negotiate everything needed to enter the food scene including utilization of the Food Hub Kitchen, assistance with regulatory compliance, and gaining access to markets. The Worcester Regional Food Hub is made possible by the generous support of The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts in partnership with the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce.
