Xtra Healthcare are a CQC registered home care provider, covering England. Every part of our service is regulated, inspected and rated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). In our most recent inspection, CQC rated our overall service as GOOD. We provide a reliable and friendly care and support service to adults in their own home. Our service is open to frail, elderly and vulnerable adults, people with dementia, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, sensory impairment, illness, or learning difficulties. Our key services include: Complex care, Domicilary Care, Supported Living, Palliative Care. We only select the very best individuals to lead our care service. Our management and nursing teams have extensive experience in the care sector, from providing one-to-one care to working with charities and the NHS. Regularly working with clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) and continuing healthcare (CHC) teams, we are also adept at arranging packages of NHS-funded home care.
