We can keep books and monitor your properties as if it is one of our very own. We can handle tenant communications, rent collection, and property maintenance. As well as monitoring your properties rental market area to make sure we are getting every dollar the market indicates we should be. 

Contracting- We also provide contracting and build out resources to our clients through our company. We are fairly priced, provide quality work, always stay within the set budget and timeline, and ensure that the process is as smooth as possible with our project managers and inspectors watching everything from start to finish. We can also provide renovation budget est. even if you choose not to use us for the build out. To monitor our out of state construction crews we have a team of 3 project managers who live locally, we have 2 local property management crews, and we have licensed inspectors we use on payroll. Essentially, we have everybody watching everybody. The project managers watch our construction companies the property managers watch the project managers and the property, and the inspectors verify that the contracting work is being done up to code and no corners are cut. -Our feet on the ground ensure that there are never any hiccups in our process of renovations.
