Our care team is led by experienced and specialist community paediatric and adult nurses. We have an evidence-based approach which adheres to all national guidelines for the care and safeguarding of children and adults. The complex care provided is based upon clinical competencies and is overseen by Nurse Managers to ensure the care delivered is both safe and of high quality through a robust clinical governance structure. Our Nurse Specialists are highly skilled and experienced in complex care. They carry out a full nursing assessment and develop evidence based care plans that are person centred to ensure that care is safe, effective and delivered at the highest standards and in line with our client's preferences.
