Our Zizania coaches have more than 20 years of experience working with all types of conditions, food preferences, ethnic and age groups. Our youngest client is 1 year old; our oldest is 92. In our initial meeting, we conduct a full physical exam and discuss your health history, your symptoms, and your goals. Once we have this information, we can establish a health profile and provide you with a comprehensive feedback regarding your nutritional deficiencies, cravings, and symptoms. We will then give you information to help you make the needed adjustments to your diet so you can start living a healthier life. We can also conduct a variety of tests to gather more information about the origin of your nutritional imbalances and symptoms. But we don’t stop there. We will work with you every step of the way to ensure that you succeed. We will develop recipes custom-designed to meet your specific nutritional needs and remove the foods that cause you pain or discomfort – all while paying close attention to your personal food preferences. Our 8 week program includes a grocery store tour, a kitchen inventory, and weekly meetings for coaching and cooking instruction. Additionally, to provide you with the best possible service, we ask that you complete and provide us with your daily food journal for review. Our daily feedback provides you with constant support and teaches you to improve your diet through good choices IN REAL TIME.
