zNT - zentrum Nachhaltige Transformation

Good stakeholder work is essential in order to make transformations successful and convince target groups. The pressure on companies and organisations to act is increasing from all sides: Customers, employees, business partners and the public expect more sustainability. The necessary changes are often fundamental and challenge established beliefs, structures, processes and cultures. To help organisations navigate this challenge successfully, we have established the Centre for Sustainable Transformation GmbH (zNT). The zNT at Quadriga University Berlin is an initiative of Prof Torsten Oltmanns, Ulrich Helzer and Quadriga University.
