Das Familienunternehmen ist mittlerweile auf 100 MitarbeiterInnen angewachsen und sammelt monatlich über 500.000 leere Tintenpatronen und Tonerkartuschen ein, die nach Prüfung durch geschulte Fachkräfte wiederbefüllt werden. Tonerkartuschen, die nicht mehr wiederbefüllt werden können, werden am Standort in Niederösterreich in einem einzigartigen Verfahren in ihre Einzelteile zerlegt. The family business has now grown to 100 employees and collects over 500,000 empty inkjet and toner cartridges every month, which are refilled after inspection by trained specialists. Toner cartridges that can no longer be refilled are disassembled into their individual components in a unique process at the site in Lower Austria. The raw materials recovered from this, such as aluminium, iron and various plastics, end up back in the market tobe used again, therefore significantly reducing the burden on the environment.

Motobit has set itself the goal of mapping the riding behaviour of motorcyclists with comprehensive analyses and algorithms in order to make a proactive contribution to more safety and an enhanced riding experience. Founded by Alessio Sevarin, Nikolaus Mikschofsky and Luca Menato, the growing team from Graz relies on the smartphone as the central IoT interface to map the rider's behaviour and information from the map material with the help of unique algorithms, which enable a permanent "matching" of the current driving behaviour with characteristics of the surrounding road network. The algorithms are generated and enhanced by the continuous analysis of user data from a smartphone application (Motobit APP) and complemented by a specially developed wearable device (Motobit SENTINEL), which transmits safety-relevant information directly to the driver via a strong vibration pulse.
