KOLYMPARI SA company, owned by Fam. Mihelakis in Chania. It deals with the production, packaging, and trade of KOLYMPARI extra virgin and organic olive oil. Our products are mainly exported and are certified by both national and international organizations, such as TÜV, BIOHellas, Agrocert, and the Organized Kashrut Laboratories, for certification of production standardization, organic products, products of protected designation of origin, and protected geographical indication and abidance by kashrut rules. Production Olive oil extraction is done in our modern olive processing plant from the healthiest olives shortly after harvest solely by physical means under strictly controlled conditions in low-temperature (up to 27°C) with the minimum required time for mixing (about 30 minutes). Stainless steel tanks are used for the storage and transportation of olive oil according to the terms of Directive 93/43 on the hygiene of foodstuffs. Packaging & Standardization Standardization of our olive oil is done in a modern, built-to-high standard, fully automated production and packaging plant. Here we can process and fill glass bottles of 250ml up to 1lit and have the capacity to bottle 1500 bottles per hour, and metal containers from 500ml up to 5 liters at a capacity of 800 5litre containers per hour. The standardization unit has been certified and operates in accordance with the EN ISO 22000:2005 standard ensuring the consumer a product of excellent quality and nutritional value.

The list of the Escarcom's products comes from the production processes of its two separate business units. Οι Πίττες Αλεξάκη έχουν μία σημαντική ιστορία, με ρίζες που ξεκινούν ήδη από τα μέσα της δεκαετία του 1950. Όλα άρχισαν όταν ο Ηλίας Ιωάννη Αλεξάκης, ο πατέρας του σημερινού ιδιοκτήτη, ξεκίνησε να μαθαίνει την παραδοσιακή τέχνη της δημιουργίας της πίτας για σουβλάκια σε ένα Σιμιτοποιείο της εποχής στη Δραπετσώνα. Με τα χρόνια, και μετά από κοπιαστική εργασία σε όλα τα στάδια της δημιουργίας πιττών για σουβλάκια, απέκτησε πολύτιμη εμπειρία και γνώση που τον οδήγησαν τελικά στην απόφαση να ανοίξει τη δική του επιχείρηση στις αρχές τις δεκαετίας του 1980. Η αγάπη, το μεράκι και η προσήλωση στην παράδοση δεν άργησαν να επιβραβευθούν και στην πράξη, καθώς η αγορά αναγνώρισε αμέσως τις προσπάθειες. Σύντομα, το μικρό αρχικό εργαστήρι δεν αρκούσε για να εξυπηρετήσει την ολοένα και αυξανόμενη ζήτηση. Έτσι, στις αρχές του 1985, η επιχείρηση εγκαταστάθηκε σε ιδιόκτητο κτήριο στην οδό Επαμεινώνδα 18, στην Καλλιθέα. Από τότε η εταιρεία μεγαλώνει σταθερά, αυξάνοντας με συνέπεια την παραγωγή και τις πωλήσεις της, για να καταλήξει να κατέχει με υπερηφάνεια μία από τις πρώτες θέσεις ανάμεσα στις ελληνικές επιχειρήσεις παραγωγής πιττών, με όνομα συνώνυμο με την προσήλωση στην ποιότητα. Μετά από 45 χρόνια ασταμάτητης δουλειάς, ήρθε η στιγμή η σκυτάλη να περάσει στην επόμενη γενιά. Έτσι, το 1996 η οικογενειακή επιχείρηση μεταβιβάζεται στον Ιωάννη Αλεξάκη, ο οποίος είχε ήδη αποκτήσει την απαραίτητη εμπειρία, εργαζόμενος στο αντικείμενο από πολύ μικρή ηλικία. Με το βλέμμa στο μέλλον, αλλά και την πάντα πολύτιμη παρουσία του ιδρυτή της επιχείρησης στο πλευρό του, ο Ιωάννης Αλεξάκης συνέχισε ακούραστα την ανάπτυξη της εταιρείας. Ως το 2003 ήταν πλέον σαφές ότι η σταθερή αύξηση της ζήτησης τόσο στο εσωτερικό όσο και στο εξωτερικό καθιστούσε απαραίτητη μία νέα επέκταση. Έτσι αποκτήθηκε νέος, σύγχρονος εξοπλισμός με πολύ μεγάλη δυναμικότητα παραγωγής πιττών. Επιπλέον η επιχείρηση αποκτά πιστοποιητικά συστήματος διαχείρισης της ασφάλειας τροφίμων και πιστοποιητικό συστήματος ποιότητας.

A short drive from the town of Chania, nestled on the foothills of the Lefka Ori mountain range, lies the Manousakis Winery in the village of Vatolakkos on the northwestern side of the island of Crete. The activity of the company "Pasta Metaxa"​, began in 1996 when the twenty three years old George Metaxas and his wife Liana, founded a pizzeria in Katerini. Family Estate History His deep love for wine and the millennia-old winemaking tradition of his homeland led Nikolaos Zaharias to found a small winemaking facility in 1946 and fulfill his life-long dream. Here, in Askri, in Central Greece, wine has always been an essential component of the local economy and an intrinsic part of the people’s culture. At that time, in a village of about 600 inhabitants. TRIKALON DAIRY FACTORY - TRIKKI S.A. was founded in 1960 by the Agricultural Bank and the Union of Cattle Breeding Unions of Western Thessaly. It was established on 16/11/2012 resulting from the conversion of the "joint venture of associations of agricultural cooperatives of Trikala - Karditsa SYN.P.E." in accordance with the provisions of articles 6 and 19 of Law 4015/2011. The name is borrowed from the Homeric name of the city of Trikala, Trikki. The primary goal was and remains the maintenance of high quality standards at all stages of production, which is also confirmed by the product quality and hygiene certificates: ISO 9001-ISO 22000 (HACCP). Exclusively local Greek milk from cooperative producers is processed, which is collected daily from livestock units in Western Thessaly certified for the non-use of genetically modified animal feed. Against the era of questioning what is genuine and good, TRIKKI SA. contrasts not only its good reputation but also its own good products. The dairy industry of "TRIKKI SA" you will find it at the 2nd km of the Trikala-Karditsa National Road on the outskirts of the town of Trikala. It is housed in modern building facilities with a total area of 6,000 sq.m which, among others, include: Milk receiving and quality control department. Cheese making department, packing room, cold rooms, yogurt production department, bottled products production department, organic department. The technological equipment is the most modern and its operation is based on the most sophisticated application systems in the industry.
