Έτσι λοιπόν, ενώ το 2011 ήταν μια πρωτόγνωρη οικονομική χρονιά για το σύνολο της χώρας, τολμήσαμε να δημιουργήσουμε το πρώτο εταιρικό κατάστημα μας. Σε ένα χώρο μόλις 18m², στην Αγίου Δημητρίου 172 στην καρδιά της -ιστορικής- Θεσσαλονίκης, φωτίζει η πρώτη ταμπέλα seven2seven.
Με θεμέλιο λίθο το τρίπτυχο, σεβασμός στον πελάτη – υψηλή ποιότητα προϊόντων – οικονομικές τιμές καταφέραμε να εξελίξουμε τα μόλις 18m² σε ένα δίκτυο 14 καταστημάτων.
Από το 2015 βρισκόμαστε στις νέες σύγχρονες εγκαταστάσεις μας στις οποίες φιλοξενούνται οι χώροι των ακαδημιών εκπαίδευσης του προσωπικού, Seven Coffee Academy & Baked Academy, τα γραφεία της διοίκησης, λογιστηρίου & marketing, καθώς και οι αποθήκες τις S2S.
Αυτή τη στιγμή η οικογένειά μας αριθμοί 120 στελέχη τα οποία καθημερινά εξυπηρετούν πάνω από 8.000 πελάτες & 30.000 εγγεγραμμένα μέλη στο seven2seven – Member Club.

Faré Rebels tells of how the flame of the Greek Revolution of 1821 was lit in Kalamata (Pharae to us locals), showing off the Queen of the Peloponnese varieties, while the Fare conjures up Messinia everywhere.
Our Æar (spring in Greek) smiles at us with its rich aromas, reminding us that we dream of that season in Kalamata.
In Vs Narcissus we go head to head with the well-known myth, and we undoubtedly give it its well-rounded Greek wine character which it deserves.
Anima acts as a kind of salvation amongst us.

Coming from a family with strong ties to olive oil and its trade, lymperis estate was founded in order to cover the whole procedure: from cultivating our olive trees to extraction with
modern, ecofriendly procedures and bottling this top quality product, here in our birthplace, the homeland of muses. Being the fourth generation, we decided to continue cultivating
the family olive trees and upgrade the past family resources by using the most modern olive mill equipment, aiming at extracting olive oil in its best form.
Our goal is to preserve all the natural elements of the olive and produce an olive oil rich in polyphenols and nutrients. Therefore, we have chosen to plant more than 4000 new
olive trees the last 3 years along with the cultivation of our existing olive groves, all with the most natural methods. Our state of art olive press and facilities (1300 square meters)
enables us to pursue this mission.
ASKRA Olive Oil is a fast developing Greek exporting company engaged in the production, bottling and trade of Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced
from selected handpicked olive groves from the region of Viotia with only pure pressure and no chemical means used to extract their finest juices
Our company is a vertically integrated company that includes everything from the olive tree to the bottle of olive oil.
We, as a family business, owns around 5000 olive trees that help us to create this high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, by having full control of the product.
Lymperis estate also includes the olive mill and a completely automatic bottling company.
Our olive mill is of high end quality, manufactured by Pieralisi and it was just installed. It is actually one of the three that there are in Greece.
The olive oil that is produced by our olive mill, is immediately stored in stainless steel tanks with nitrogen that ensures that all the quality characteristics
of the olive oil remain the same.

Today the cooperative has 466 members growers of the region of Tyrnavos that more accurately 283 members from Tyrnavos, 100 members from Damasi, 39 members from Ampelonas, 20 members from Deleria, 20 members from Argyropouli, 4 members from Platanoulia.
The total of the vines which are grown by the members are 8259 acres of vine grapes. The quantities of the grapes processed annually by the winery are 10-13 thousand tons. The products which are derived by this elaboration are about: 6,000 tons of wine, 400 tons of tsipouro and ouzo and 100-200 tonnes of concentrated and rectified concentrated musts.
Our products are sold almost all over Greece whereas a sum of them is exported (mainly in Australia). The permanent workers at the winery are 65 people (11 graduates), while during the period of harvesting are temporarily employed other 40 people.
The products of the cooperative release in more than 60 labels, ouzo, tsipouro and wine.
The facilities of the Association extend on a surface of 50,000 sq.m, while the ability to store in tanks is 130,000 hectoliters.
Wine and Spirits
Gaia Greek, based in Kiato, Corinth, Greece, produces innovative and traditional pasta products, branded & private labeled, since 2012.
We also produce special orders for delicatessen, restaurants, catering, hotels hosting conferences and various other events.
Our pasta is made with pure local ingredients in medium size local workshops. Thus we ensure the preservation of their quality.
Our daily production capacity is 2500 kg
The raw materials we use are goat's milk directly from free-range flocks, fresh eggs from controlled food units, fresh and dried vegetables, durum wheat semolina from Peloponnese and legume flour. Also , we produce organic pasta.
Our selected pasta partners have 30 years of experience and the necessary quality certifications (ISO 22000: 2005, FSSC 22000: 2010, BIOHELLAS).

Volcanic Slopes Vineyards winery’s history goes back to the 18th century, as it was originally established as a “canava”. ‘Canava” in the local dialect of Santorini describes the place where the wine was made and stored. Our building was a traditional underground canava that was renovated in 2013, in order to host the VSV winery and our wine Pure.

Flour, water, yeast, a traditional recipe and vision. That’s all you need to start a great company in the baked goods business, specifically in Greek pita flatbread manufacturing.
Our grandfather Andreas Zafirakis comes to Greece in 1922 as a refugee from Asia Minor, bringing with him the traditional family recipe for pita bread. With this unique recipe, passion and a lot of work, he lays the foundation for a large-scale modern enterprise.
Later the baton is handed over to his son Pericles Zafirakis, who creates our first manufactory in Nea Philadelphia, Athens.
Time after time our firm grows even more and adopts a new brand name, Zafirakis Food Service. We move to privately owned facilities of 4,500 sq.m. and renew our fleet of refrigerated trucks, ensuring reliability and quality in every step, from kneading bench to consumer's plate.
At the same time, our business expands to food service supplies, offering a wide variety of superior quality products. We adopt the most advanced standards of vertical integration of production and get certified with ISO 22000:2005 by TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS.
All these years we have acquired unparalleled know-how in pita bread manufacturing and food services in general. That means we can guarantee the satisfaction of our customers with excellent quality, reliability, and superior products. We think these are the best ingredients for a long-term, stable and mutually beneficial relationship!
