Its 400 m2 of offices and more than 1.500 m2 of workshop, 30 highly qualified people have made possible production of 1.400 broaches.

Production of broaches is 90% round and 10% flat and more, standard sizes goes from diameter 15 to 300 mm - length up to 2.500 mm. Standard delivery time is 7-8 working weeks, but if we have bars in stock than we are able to produce the required a broach within 10 days. All operations are made in our workshop except heat treatment which in any case is directly supervised by us. HSS suppliers are exclusively Erasteel or Bohler.
In our production cycle broaches are made using CNC machines in all operations, as well as a second line of manual machines for final adjustments and for special details. We have a 3D measuring machine (Zeiss), a machine feeler (Hera) and two broaching machines (one of 35 Tons and one of 60 Tons) used for testing all broaches before sending them to the customer or for samples broaching.

Thanks to its great innovation level, Pro S3 become member of the Innovative Companies Incubator of the same University.
