The beach at Foz do Arelho in the bay of Óbidos are about 20km away.The property has a capacity for 9 people and consists of 4 bedrooms, two with a double bed and two with a single bed, 2 bathrooms, 1 spacious living room and 1 equipped kitchen with a dining area.
Another room also has a double bed and a single bed. In the basement there is a large party cellar with a charcoal stove for dining and barbecue facilities outside.
Villa Junceira (AL license number 129914/AL) is located in a rural and secluded setting and offers a dreamlike quiet environment. This makes it the ideal retreat for couples, families and smaller groups looking for an exclusive location. The surrounding nature in its purest form invites you to beautiful walks and bike rides.
Outside, you can enjoy the large garden and terrace with furniture and sun loungers that allow you to dine al fresco or simply relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets in the region. With shaded and sunny areas, it invites you to barbecue on the mobile charcoal grill.
You can easily park on the property. The property also allows you to combine your vacation with telecommuting and distance learning.

The business grew quickly over the ensuing years and expanded into making decorative items as well.
