Produciamo 1000 tonnellate di pasta secca, 35 tonnellate di pasta fresca e 90 tonnellate di biscotti al giorno. Oltre 150 formati di pasta per una scelta vastissima che soddisfa le richieste dei consumatori più esigenti: gli spaghetti, i rigatoni, le famosissime orecchiette, la pasta all'uovo, trafilata al bronzo, integrale ed infine la pasta arricchita di verdure disidratate. Una produzione nel nome di una tradizione tutta italiana che ha permesso di riproporre sapori inconfondibili, richiesti dalla nostra clientela. Ma non è tutto. Forno d’Asolo’s history in the production of frozen food specialities began in 1985 in Maser (Treviso) with the passion and enterprise of two brothers, Fabio and Paolo Gallina. Coming from a long time of bakers and with their extensive knowledge in the field of bread-making and pastry making, the two entrepreneurs took up a revolutionary challenge: to mass produce ready-to-bake frozen specialities with the quality and flavour of homemade products that have just been prepared and filled. This ambitious goal required the development of new production technologies. In only a few months, the market began to recognise and appreciate the genuineness of the Forno d’Asolo products and Fabio and Paolo Gallina launched the first frozen filled Cornaretto in Italy. It was initially filled one by one and soon was flanked by other specialities like Sacchettini and Strudelini. This affirmed the company as an Italian leader.

Dolfin è leader del mercato con i Polaretti®, ghiaccioli a base di vero succo di frutta da gelare a casa e amatissimi dai bambini. Polaretti® è un marchio registrato. Inventato da Dolfin negli anni Novanta, è diventato un prodotto di successo tanto da essere entrato nel linguaggio comune, come metafora di una sensazione diffusa di freddo. Sempre da gelare nel frigo di casa, sorbetti, granite e ghiaccioli a base di succo di frutta (sensofreddo); e ancora uova di cioccolato per Pasqua; monete di cioccolato, praline e dolciumi per le calze della Befana a Natale. The rest is recent history: ice slushes and sorbets with Sicilian citrus, frozen snacks, fruit snacks for delicious refreshing breaks throughout the summer and, for the rest of the year, there is chocolate in a thousand irresistible forms: pennies for Christmas, sweets in Epiphany stockings, Easter eggs, chocolates and playful pralines coloured with the cartoon characters most loved by children all over the world.
