Efter 8 år i IT branchen ønskede jeg nye udfordringer og TopSupplies blev en realitet i 2002. Virksomheden leverede IT-tilbehør, primært tonerpatroner og USB nøgler til virksomheder og offentlige institutioner i Danmark. I takt med at vores ambitioner voksede, gjorde virksomheden også og vi modtog derfor Gazelle prisen i 2006. En pris kun 1.338 virksomheder modtog det år. Gazelleprisen er et udtryk for Danmarks hurtigste voksende virksomheder. Hvordan IT tilbehør blev til reklameartikler… 8 år efter virksomhedens opstart, i 2010 oplevede vi en stigende efterspørgsel på vores USB nøgler med firmalogo. Efter 5 år med stort salg i forskellige designs og løsninger blev det helt naturligt at rette fokus på alle typer af reklameartikler med logo. I 2015 udvidede vi derfor sortimentet med en fuld vifte af reklameartikler og vi opretter stadig nye varer hver dag. Jeg fandt hurtigt ud af, at det var en spændende branche. Pludselig kunne vi skille os ud på andet end god service og pris (som selvfølgelig også er vigtigt). Men nu gælder det også om at finde produkter konkurrenterne ikke har, finde farver på produkterne der passer til kundens logo og image, finde leverandører med hurtigere leveringstid og hele tiden være vågen på hvad der rør sig og derfor være de første på de nye trends. DET gør det sjovt at komme på arbejde hver dag. Hvordan vi gør os anderledes…. Noget af det første jeg lagde mærke til – var de ugennemsigtige priser du som kunde ofte modtager på reklameartikler. Normalt får du varens pris, trykprisen pr. farve, opstartspris pr. farve, prisen til kliché mm og så skal du selv udregne stykprisen. Det er ikke altid nemt og man sidder tit tilbage med følelsen om man nu har fået det hele med. Fragtprisen bliver ofte også først synlig efter du som kunde har modtaget varen og ser fragtprisen på fakturaen. Det ville jeg gøre nemmere for kunderne. Vi ville have priser uden overraskelser. Derfor udregner vi altid varens endelige pris inkl. alle udgifter
