Per prima cosa ZEMA nasce dall’esperienza del suo fondatore il Dr. Antonio Zeminian progettista e costruttore di cilindri pneumatici e oleodinamici speciali, che negli anni crea e sviluppa un’azienda di eccellenza nel settore.
Con l’ingresso in azienda del figlio Marcello, viene sviluppato il settore delle valvole, soprattutto valvole a sfera monoblocco, valvole globo e valvole a spillo, inoltre valvole custom completamente progettate e costruite al proprio interno nella sede produttiva di Nerviano in provincia di Milano.
Certificazioni e Impatto Ambientale
ZEMA è un’azienda certificata da anni ISO 9001 e ha ottenuto per il settore delle valvole la certificazione PED 2014/68/UE e la certificazione ATEX 2014/34/UE, che ha lo scopo di minimizzare e prevenire esplosioni in ambienti critici.
La politica aziendale attenta alle dinamiche di impatti ambientali, di conseguenza cerca di promuovere energie e politiche pulite, infatti anche le nostre valvole sono completamente realizzate con materiali italiani o europei scelti in base alle esigenze della valvola stessa e della criticità dell’utilizzo che se ne deve fare.
Prodotti a Chilometro Zero
Tutte le lavorazioni vengono eseguite all’interno dei nostri stabilimenti o da nostri fornitori certificati vicini a noi garantendo il made in Italy al 100% o come si dice oggi creando un prodotto a «chilometro zero» con il vantaggio di abbattere fortemente l’inquinamento globale a causa delle movimentazioni e ai trasporti non essenziali o necessari.
Tutte le valvole oltre a essere certificate e subire severi controlli dimensionali, vengono soprattutto sottoposte a collaudo con appositi macchinari a pressione, in base alla necessità funzionale della valvola stessa.

Celantel S.r.l. was established in 2000 by Enzo Celant as a continuation of a bet, which began more than forty years ago, focused in the field of the passive air conditioning of electronic equipment housings.
This continuous path enabled Celantel to face the most various problems introducing innovative and completely new solutions, as the passive cooling, in order to complete the most challenging projects arising in the market, starting from BAM project USSR (arctic shelter) and Ford Project Morocco(desert shelter).
The Company, with management and engineering offices in Vimercate (MB), can rely on a staff of 12 experts: ex-colleagues with proven ability and high competences.
