Join our NEW Band Director Masterminds, a supportive virtual environment where you'll connect weekly with 10-15 fellow band directors. Led by experienced mentors Paul Richardson and Gary Rupert, our Mastermind sessions offer a safe space to discuss anything on your mind related to band directing and receive support, ideas, and resources. This 8 week program works through topics related to band culture, leadership, and how to avoid burnout.
