Founded in 2013 and inspired by our grandfather, Joseph Lattner – PopPop – who originally crafted ice pops at Rieck’s Dairy, The Pop Parlour continues his legacy of handcrafted, gourmet popsicles. We began with a single shop in downtown Orlando and have since expanded to include locations in UCF and now Frisco, Texas.
