Touken Sushi is a vibrant Japanese restaurant bringing a unique Brazilian fusion to Orlando, Florida.

Originally founded in Brazil in 1990, our family’s culinary journey began with Heichiro and Kazue Tanaka, who immigrated to Brazil with the first 781 Japanese emigrants aboard the Kasato-Maru. Their granddaughter, Satie, continued the tradition, studying Japanese culture in Osaka before opening Toüken Sushi in Orlando in 2018.

We specialize in crafting exceptional sushi and rolls, combining traditional Japanese techniques with bold Brazilian flavors. Our menu features signature creations like the Nozomi, Hot Philadelphia, and Hayabusa Combo, alongside classic favorites. We pride ourselves on using fresh, high-quality ingredients and providing a welcoming atmosphere for both casual diners and special occasions.
